seems like they have been dropping the levels a little bit, they've had to congress down the businesses in the washington millionaire. i'm standing on the smith avenue bridge, that police officer there has closed that part of the bridge down because this entire section of mount washington, d.c. is closed down, actually all these businesses back here, there is a whole foods, a coffee shop, a couple little boutique, they are closed down and closed down this afternoon because earlier, take a look at the jones false right now, you can see it is still much higher than it normally is. earlier it was even higher than that. if you can see above that wall that's false road up there, the traffic has really backed up. slow getting around. people are taking their time. some people have been coming down thinking some of these businesses are open. trying to turn on to smith avenue bridge, they can't do it because of course it is closed, that leads to more backups. that's the thing that's going on here, in addition to people coming out and trying to take a look at the water, they live in the neighborhood
